Shipping policy

Janome Discount Sewing Machines is an online-only affiliate of authorized Janome Dealer Sewing Direct, and orders are shipped from our warehouses in Brisbane QLD. 

We aim to process orders same day with shipping taking place next business day, Monday through Friday. 

All deliveries are through registered, tracked parcel post with signature required upon delivery. Options to leave parcels unattended can be selected through the courier using your AusPost account delivery preferences.

Janome Discount Sewing Machines is not responsible for parcels missing or stolen post-delivery by using safe drop or other alternative delivery methods.
